QUALITY
The quality of our PCD cutters is verified and certified: each piece is checked by our “quality control” department through the use of innovative scanning digital microscopes.
These instruments are able to compare the drawing’s nominal measures with the tool actual size, highlighting, throughout the cutter’s line, the tolerances’ compliance.
In the event that the cutter does not pass control, it is brought back to production and fine-tuned, until passing the test.
Each single PCD cutter is accompanied by a certificate that shows the results of the microscopic testing.
